Breakfast with Santa

Santa came to visit Noah's preschool again this year - he's a fantastic Santa, and we've been going to see him for the past 3 years. Mia got to stay home from school in order to go meet Santa (she went into school late that morning, which thrilled her.) We didn't bother to drag Caden along... he is not fond of strangers and would most likely have started screaming. :)

When Santa asked Noah what he wanted for Christmas, Noah answered, "A candy cane! and a Super hero!"

Homeward Bound

We've had a great week at the beach... time to pack up and go home! Here are a few remaining photos from our week in FL.

HAPPY THANKSGIVING!

We did something we've never done before this year - we made reservations at a restaurant for Thanksgiving dinner! Since we are at the beach with the kids, we decided it wasn't worth making a big dinner just for our family (and the kids don't eat much)... we ended up eating a very good meal at a restaurant in Panama City with awesome views of the emerald green ocean.... breath-taking! After our meal, we wandered outside to let the kids run and play in the surf... they had a ball! It was great to try something new and different for Thanksgiving this year. Hope yours was special too. Gobble, gobble!

Thanksgiving Week...

The weather has been beautiful and we are really enjoying our time in this part of Florida... there are many people here doing the same thing we are doing, celebrating Thanksgiving with their families... but overall, it is much quieter than in the summer months. We have visited some of our favorite places... here are some pictures of our week so far:
