Donuts for Dad

Noah's preschool class hosted Donuts for Dad. Milo was there to see Noah, enjoy a donut and watch the kids sing. Noah doesn't like to sing in front of people, and he kept trying to hide behind his friend Chandler!

A Beautiful Spring Day in Georgia

It was a perfect day in Georgia... fabulous weather... Mia had early release day from school, so Milo and I took her out for lunch at PF Chang's. We sat outside and had a lovely time!

Later on, Mia and I stopped at Toys R Us.... she rode the fire engine ride with Ernie. :)

Mia's Birthday Surprise

For Mia's birthday, we gave her room a makeover as a surprise. While she was at school, we worked on the room, moving furniture and adding new accessories. Mia was delighted with the results - she now LOVES her bed!

This framed photo was the inspiration for the bedroom colors.

Noah loves the room too, and they especially love the soft throw blanket.

Happy 7th Birthday, Mia!

Happy 7th Birthday, Mia!!

Happy Birthday to my darling daughter! She loves her birthday and thinks the whole country is celebrating with her on St. Patrick's Day. :) Every night before her birthday, I put flowers by her bed. She woke up happy when she saw the flowers. She got dressed in her shamrock t-shirt and necklace, and I made chocolate chip muffins for breakfast. Mia then left for school with a bunch of sparkly pencils to distribute to her classmates in honor of her birthday. Tonight, she gets to pick what she wants to have for dinner and we will have the family over for cake. A good day for Mia!!

Mia's Birthday Tea Party!

Mia and I decided to have a Tea Party at home for her birthday this year. We had 8 of her friends join us yesterday for a fun-filled party! The girls dressed up in Tea Party attire... we had a little lunch, crafts, and games. Everyone had a great time!! Thanks to Giselle and my friend Leslie, who helped make the party a success.

Waiting for guests to arrive.

Leslie set up a makeup station and did makeup for the girls.

Working on a craft.... the girls decorated their own picture frames and took them home as party favors.

Payton was a big help, she played with the boys upstairs while the party was going on. They had fun too!
