Our handsome boys

There's really nothing important going on today... just posting new pics for the grandparents. Wanted to show off our little cutie patooties. :)

Mia loves to dress her brothers up in various costumes. This day she decided Caden needed to be a Home Depot worker. Does it figure that he is holding a toy hamburger instead of a tool?

Noah insisted on having his picture taken with brother Caden after church today.

In lieu of a snack, Caden will just nibble on his foot.

Homeward Bound

Alas, our vacation has come to an end. We got to see a lunar eclipse while at Seacrest Beach, which Mia thought was very cool. Then it was time to pack up, and after taking a few more photos, we headed home to the cold and rainy Georgia weather!

It was a fun vacation, but now it's time to go home. Hasta la vista, Baby!

Grayton Beach

We spent a few hours today at Grayton Beach, which is ranked one of the most beautiful and pristine beaches in the U.S. It was a lovely day to be at the seashore.

We stopped for lunch at the popular Red Bar restaurant - fun place!

After lunch, we walked around the beach, enjoying the warm sunshine and beautiful views.

Fun at the beach

Mia and Caden spent time at the beach while Noah was home napping. It was a little windy but that didn't stop them from enjoying the surf and sun.

Beach House

Here is the house where we are staying - very spacious and comfortable for us and the kiddies.
We had a great visit with Joel and Charlotte and baby Eli, and now they are headed back to Georgia and work. :(

We, however, have a few days left of our vacation and we plan to enjoy it!

our neighborhood street.

Mia and Noah run and play on one of the many porches.

We're not sure if Mia is giving her brother a big 'ol love hug or if she's trying to smother him!

See ya later!

Vacation in Seacrest Beach

That's right, we packed up the kids and everything but the kitchen sink and headed down to Florida for a week at the beach - a sure cure for the winter blahs! We are enjoying the warm sunshine, walks along the beach, and yummy seafood. Mia is thrilled to be able to wear 'summer clothes'. She is definitely a beach girl! Noah, on the other hand, is suspicious of anything to do with the ocean and stays as far away as possible. :)

Staring at the ocean to make sure it doesn't come too close.

Here we are with my brother Joel, his wife Charlotte and their baby, Elias.

Stay tuned for more adventures at the beach!

Happy Valentine's Day!

Here is a photo of me with two of my little valentines. Hope you had a great day!

Sleeping Angels ...
(notice the ball in Noah's crib - he wants to sleep with his favorite toy!!)

May you sleep peacefully tonight.

An Early Valentine for My Hubby

We normally don't make a big deal about Valentine's Day - but this year I decided to surprise Milo with a gift that he would enjoy; he works hard and deserves an occasional night out. So I surprised him with tix to see the Atlanta Thrashers, got a sitter, and off we went to dinner and a game of ice hockey!

We had a good old-fashioned date night and had a really fun time watching an exciting game. Unfortunately, he didn't want his photo posted (party pooper!) so here are just a few photos of our evening.
