I made my first empanadillas last night for dinner... they came out pretty good and the kids seemed to enjoy them. It reminded me so much of both of my grandmothers. I remember helping my grandmother Elvira make dough from scratch for her empanadillas when I was a little girl. Good memories... I want to carry on the tradition with my children.
