Boys Having Fun

The sun was shining in the early morning...

...and the boys wanted to play outside even though they were still in their pjs.

And yesterday, we went to visit my friend Janet over in Acworth. Janet has a new kitty that the kids were very interested in meeting. Well, two of the kids were very interested in meeting the kitty. Caden apparently thought the cat was a horribly scary monster. (For the record, Orange Kitty is very sweet, although Caden remained unconvinced.)

...while Caden took one look at that cat and started to cry... so Ms. Janet picked him up and Caden held onto her and wouldn't take his eyes off of the cat. He's thinking, "Oh yeah... I know your type!"

We tried to get Caden to smile for the camera but he refused to take his eyes off of the cat! He was very suspicious of Orange Kitty. At one point, Caden pointed at the cat, said "Dog!" and then "Woof!" Ok, so maybe we have to work on that a little bit... :)

Noah had no such reservations about the cat and kept giving him treats. "Kitty soft," pronounced Noah.

The rest of the time was spent playing with toys and eating lots of snacks - a fun visit for the kids! (We hope Ms. Janet survived the assault. ha ha.)
